The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe the type of information collected by this website and to explain how we collect, use and distribute any personal information you may provide to us. It also describes how you may access and update any information you have provided, as well as how you can choose to have your personal information deleted from our company records. In addition to state and federal regulations, we are also guided by certain industry standards designed to enhance trust among consumers and online merchants or service providers. By adhering to these requirements, we can ensure that we treat consumers with respect and use fair, non-abusive information collection practices.

It is our goal to ensure that you feel safe and secure when you use our website. Any time you visit or use this site, you are agreeing to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, or with how we use your information, we ask that you do not use this website or submit any personal information. Consent to Electronic Communications (E-Consent)

Please read this information carefully and print a copy and/or retain this information for future reference. By utilizing this website and clicking the "submit" button, you are submitting a request to be connected with one of our lenders. In order to attempt to connect you with a lender that may offer you a financial product or service, the lenders need your consent to use and accept electronic signatures, records, and disclosures (E-Consent). This policy notifies you of your rights when receiving electronic disclosures, notices, information and other forms of communication. By submitting your information on our website, you acknowledge that you have received and reviewed this E-Consent Policy, and that you consent to conduct transactions using electronic signatures, electronic disclosures, electronic records, and electronic contract documents (Disclosures).

Option for Paper or Non-Electronic Records. If you are connected with a lender, and that lender determines you are a potential candidate for a financial product or loan and offers you an electronic copy of any pertinent Disclosures related to that loan, you may, at any time, request any Disclosures in paper form by contacting the lender directly. Depending on the specific request, the lender may be able to provide these Disclosures at no or minimal charge. Each lender shall retain all Disclosures as required by applicable law.

Scope of Consent. The operator of this website will share the information you provide with participating lenders, advertisers, networks and other partners who may or may not lend or issue credit. Providing your information on this website does not guarantee you will be chosen by a lender or approved for a loan. This E-Consent Policy applies to all interactions online concerning you and the third-party entities you may be connected with, including interactions on any mobile device. By exercising this E-Consent, these third parties may process your information and interact with you electronically, and may send you notices electronically related to their interactions and transactions. Disclosures may be provided online at your lender's website, if applicable, or by email. See above for guidance on requesting paper copies.

Consenting to Do Business Electronically. Before deciding to do business electronically with a lender, you should consider whether you wish to conduct business electronically and whether you have the required hardware and software capabilities described below.

Hardware and Software Requirements. To access and retain Disclosures electronically, you will need a PC or Mac-compatible computer or other device capable of accessing the internet, access to an email account, and an internet browser supporting at least 256-bit encryption, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. To read some documents you may need a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. You will need a printer or long-term storage device to retain a copy of the Disclosures for future reference. Questions about specific hardware and software requirements should be directed to your lender.

Withdrawing Consent. If you are connected with one or more third-party lenders, you are free to withdraw your E-Consent with those lenders at any time and at no charge. If you withdraw this E-Consent before being connected with a lender, you may be prevented from obtaining an offer, as this consent is required to facilitate the connection. Contact your lender directly to withdraw E-Consent. Withdrawing E-Consent will not affect the legal effectiveness, validity, or enforceability of prior electronic disclosures.

Change to Your Contact Information. You should keep your lender informed of any change to your electronic or physical mailing address. Your lender will have specific instructions on how to update your contact information. Please note that Lendinsta cannot update your information with a lender for you.

Your Ability to Access Disclosures. By clicking and submitting your information, you assent to our Terms of Use and acknowledge that you can access disclosures in the formats described above.

About Us and Our Purpose

We operate, own and maintain Lendinsta, and may be referred to as "company," "us," "our," "we," "site," or "website" throughout this document and website. Through the use of this site, we operate a database of prospective customers, known as the "service." To promote this site and add to our database, we utilize a number of third parties, affiliates and media advertisements.

Consent to SMS, Text and Push Notifications

When you submit your information to us, your name and contact information, such as email address and phone number, are automatically added to our contact list. By providing this information, you agree to receive communications from us via telephone, email or text message, unless you choose to opt out of one or all of these methods. You will only receive communications from us for as long as you agree to them. Please review our SMS Terms of Use at lendinsta.com/sms for more details.

Compliance with Do-Not-Call Registry

Every consumer has the right to add their telephone number to the National Do Not Call Registry, which generally applies to any plan, program, or campaign to sell goods or services through interstate phone calls. A company may, however, call a consumer with whom it has an established business relationship for up to eighteen months after the consumer's last purchase, delivery or payment, and for up to three months after the consumer submits an application or inquiry, even if the consumer's number is on the National Do Not Call Registry.

Lendinsta does not make outbound phone calls to consumers and therefore does not maintain an internal do-not-call registry of its own. If you no longer wish to receive phone calls from a lender you were connected with, you will need to contact that lender directly and request that your number be placed on their do-not-call list.

Hard and Soft Credit Inquiries

When your information is shared with a Lender Partner, that lender may perform a Hard credit inquiry, which is recorded on your credit report and may affect your credit score, or a Soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. These checks may be performed through Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, or through alternative credit reporting agencies or consumer data aggregators. Whether a Hard or Soft check is performed depends on the individual lender's underwriting process; you should confirm this directly with any lender before proceeding.
